About Me

Hi there! I’m Anissa, a software engineer born and raised in sunny South Florida. I specialize in building full-stack applications primarily using React and Flask with Python, but I am always adding new technologies to the toolbox.

Before becoming a software engineer, I worked as a VP in commercial banking and have almost a decade of experience in banking and finance. I am passionate about learning and always looking to grow my skills, whether it's through learning a new programming language or exploring projects in XR, I thrive on the challenge of constant growth.

Outside of coding, you'll find me at my local CrossFit gym or adding another plant to my growing collection of house plants.
